Default firewall for Linux i.e. iptables is depends upon many kernel modules without which a server can’t be secured properly. Also the firewall configurations will give many errors while configuring it. So, it is required to have proper kernel modules enabled for a Server.

In Windows 2008 Components like IIS, DNS etc. are called as Roles and you can add these Roles from Server Manager >> Roles >> Add Roles and then you have to follow the steps to install the desire components. Citrix XenServer Microsoft Windows “No audio devices are installed” Error

Microsoft Windows Virtual Machine’s created on Citrix Xen doesn’t have Audio Drivers installed on it. You have a application which requires sound drivers and when you check the sound options from Control Panel (through RDP) it shows message “No Audio Device are Installed“.

Last week I have installed “Macbuntu” on my Ubuntu 10.04 system which looks fabulous but it was putting extra burden on Resource of my system. So, I un-installed it and after reboot it was just like fresh installed system i.e. all my customized settings, desktop, wallpapers were switched back to default settings.
