New Features Added in iOS 7 Beta 4

Apple is the fore coming company in the field of smart phone. It is the top most company selling Smartphones and those are most liked by the audiences. Apple always comes with the features that are unseen and unheard. The company has developed the latest iteration of iOS 7 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch that has been in hot topic these days. With the changes from iOS 7 beta 1 to beta 3, it has now launched beta 4 on 30^th July. It has been also said that the company has taken the feedback from the users and has removed the bugs in the latest software creating a static build. The use of iOS 7 is clear and fluid. Changes have been made in comparison to the earlier version to remove the aid of user experience.

With the nature of beta , as the development version no more features are added. The foremost features in beta 4 is the fingerprint detection. Developer  Sood of beta 4 Declared  yesterday that new beta 4 includes a fingerprint sensor on the home button. Sood also posted on Tweeter the screenshot of the new BiometrickituI which contains code meant for users who’ve enabled iOS voice-over. The user interface for the fingerprint scanning system is complete and this technology is used to unlock the phone also. It is still unclear that the function of fingerprint will be used in the payment of Apple account , Passbook and many other apps. The iOS 7 beta 3 included the current time while the music is playing on the lock screen, Calendar and Accessibility changes, changes in apps like whatsapp for PC,  Safari , music and many more. A new animation for the pull-to-refresh gesture in Mail is also added .The version also includes new app download animation, a keyboard change in mobile Safari, and the elimination of battery charging animation.

Meanwhile, the iOS 7 beta 4 brings several performances, usability and cosmetic changes. In terms of UI changes, the beta fixes the position of the ‘slide to unlock’ arrow on the lock screen, brings new buttons to the dial and call answer screens, a Cancel option in universal search (Spotlight) interface, ability to swipe between different sections in Notification Center, visual tweaks in Safari and Mail apps, tweaked filters UI and HDR button in the Camera app, new Airplay icons, and improved transparency and animations in folders.

Many small changes have also been made. Below I am listing down some changes that I have seen in the new OS.

• Fluid improvement
• Finger Print detection
• Improvement in lock screen
• Speed has become faster than earlier
• Map icons has been slightly changed
• New filters within the camera of 4s
• New Siri with question and answer
• History of Siri can be viewed
• Buttons of incoming call have been tweaked

There may be more changes that what I have noticed in the above points. But all these factors are small changes. The wait for something new is still pending. Apple will come next time with some new features that might amaze audiences.

We don’t expect to see any major changes in iOS 7 beta 4. However, it would be nice if Apple were to begin releasing iOS 7 beta versions of non-native apps such as  iBooks, iMovie, and GarageBand. For now developers are busy in making the beta 5 version. Lets wait and watch what new comes in Beta 5.
