18th Convergence India 2010 International exhibition – Delhi

The 18th Convergence India 2010 International exhibition and conference organized at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, (from 23rd March to 25th March) concluded on 25th March 2010. The complete event was organized by Exhibitions India Pvt. Ltd. and supported by the Union Ministries of Communications & IT and Information & Broadcasting. In this Exhibition more than 400 companies representing the Telecom, IT, Broadcast, Media & Entertainment, Green IT, Security & Surveillance, Cable, Satellite, IP Surveillance and Information Security sectors of 20 countries took part in the event.

This international level IT event’s chief guest Shri Gurudas Kamat, Hon’ble Minister of State for Communications & IT has completed the Opening Ceremony with Shri R. Chandrashekhar, Secretary, Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications & IT who was guest of honor of Exhibition.

Companies manufacturing Cables (fiber and network cables) like cabletiesandmore.com, providing CAS, IPTV, media equipments shown interest in large extend. Data centers like ITI, ESDS, (n)-core also took part in the Exhibition.

Simultaneously conference and sessions (Lectures) on various interesting topics like “Redefining broadband”, “Security & surveillance: Securing your business”, “VAS & mobitainment” etc… were also organized by the Organizers.
